To this end, we declare the Human Rights Management Charter as the following principles of behavior and value judgment that all executives and employees within the company must adhere to, and pledge to make efforts to implement human rights management.

▶ When carrying out work, we take care to ensure that the human rights of local resident are not violated, and that local residents’ rights to life, safety and health, respect and protect freedom of residence.
▶ We comply with domestic and international environmental laws and regulations during our business activities and strive to protect the environment.
