It serves as a standard for proper behavior and value judgment, and I pledge to put these principles into practice.

Code of Ethics

▶ Managers strive for transparent and efficient management.

▶ Executives and employees are committed to complying with the code of ethics and taking the lead in practicing ethical management.

▶ We protect customer property and refrain from disclosing or using customer-related information for
any other purpose.

▶ All transactions between companies must be fair and conducted on an equal footing.

▶ Executives and employees must not accept or offer money, valuables, entertainment, convenience,
or other benefits from business partners.
▶ Threatening, inappropriate language, sexual harassment, profanity, or verbal abuse between
executives and employees is strictly prohibited.
▶ We foster an environment that encourages creative thinking and autonomous behavior among
executives and employees.
▶ We contribute to the sound development of society by actively participating in social service and
charitable activities.

Ethical Conduct Guidelines

▶ All executives and employees must practice these guidelines, ensuring that each individual fully
understands and complies with them.

▶ The ethical conduct guidelines take priority over all other company regulations.

▶ Appropriate measures, such as disciplinary actions, may be taken against executives and employees
who violate the ethical conduct guidelines. The company may also provide training to prevent recurrence of violations
1) You must have a thorough understanding of the company’s management policies and strategies, and
make every effort to fulfill your duties, responsibilities, and goals.
2) When handling work, personal greed must be set aside, and all tasks should be conducted
transparently and fairly.
3) Superiors must not use their position to give unfair work instructions or to perform personal errands
at the expense of subordinates.
4) All reports must be submitted promptly and based on factual information. False reports must not be
made to gain unfair profits or to avoid adverse consequences.
5) Executives and employees should strive to create a flexible, creative, and innovative organizational
culture.
6) You must not mediate or solicit stakeholders to engage in unfair transactions with the company or its
partner companies.
7) Accepting entertainment such as meals, drinks, or other forms of entertainment from interested
parties is prohibited. Specifically, hinting at or requesting such entertainment is considered a serious unfair act.
8) Congratulatory or condolence notifications to interested parties should be avoided. Additionally,
congratulatory or condolence funds should not exceed the level deemed appropriate according to social customs.
9) You must not cause physical or mental harm, discomfort, or provide discriminatory treatment based
on race, religion, gender, disability, age, region of origin, school, or any other personal characteristics
11) Financial transactions between executives and employees can weaken relationships due to issues
like debt defaults. Such transactions should be avoided, as they can negatively impact the working atmosphere and disrupt company operations.
12) The company must provide a safe and healthy working environment for its
employees, and employees must protect themselves and their colleagues. We comply with relevant regulations and laws to ensure the safety and health of customers.
13) In addition to complying with all laws and regulations related to environmental protection, we
must efficiently utilize resources and provide eco-friendly products and services.

14) We strive to minimize wasteful consumption and promote recycling.

15) You are prohibited from disclosing the company’s important internal information to others or
receive compensation for it, and you must not use the company’s internal information to gain unfair advantage or allow others to use it.
16) You must not make indirect investments, either in your own name or in the name of your
spouse/relatives in a partner company that has a business relationship with the company.
17) All budgets must be used for their intended purpose according to regulations and must not incur
unnecessary expenses or be arbitrarily diverted for other purposes.

A) Anyone who discovers a violation of the ethical conduct guidelines can report it.

B) All reports will be handled confidentially according to strict security procedures, and we promise to
thoroughly guarantee the identity of real-name reporters and collaborators.
C) Even if you have violated the Code of Ethics, if you voluntarily report it, you may be exempted from
personnel disadvantages such as disciplinary action, taking into account the circumstances.
